If you begin your registration and get a message about a student not existing, please email ehren.mertz@ictwolves.com with the student name and birth date. That name or names will then be added into the system and you will be notified that you may proceed with your registration. Physical Examination
An updated Health History Update form must be completed for each season a student participates in a sport. Any student-athlete who has tested positive for Covid-19 must submit a clearance note from their respective doctor (note is good for two calendar years).
Physicals are valid for 13 Months from the date of the last exam. Physicals are not required for summer camps.
